1. Introduction

Welcome to Levasangh Matrimony, operated by Leva Navyuvak Sangh. These Terms and Conditions & Community Standards govern your use of the app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. About the App

Levasangh Matrimony is a matrimonial platform that helps eligible adult users create profiles, browse matches, and connect for marriage-related purposes.

3. Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate registration and profile information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register with a valid mobile number and complete OTP verification. You agree not to impersonate another person or create fake profiles.

5. Paid Services

Some features (such as profile creation fees or browsing subscriptions) may require payment. Fees, validity, and plan details are shown in the app before purchase. Payments are processed through authorized payment partners.

6. Community Standards — Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, abuse, blackmail, or scam other users
  • Post false, misleading, offensive, or illegal content
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Share another person’s private information without consent
  • Use the app for commercial spam or unauthorized advertising
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform

7. Child Safety / CSAE Prohibition

Levasangh Matrimony, operated by Leva Navyuvak Sangh, strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

This includes, without limitation:

  • Any sexual content involving minors
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
  • Uploading, requesting, sharing, storing, or distributing any such content
  • Any attempt to use the app to contact or harm minors

Enforcement

If this standard is violated, we may:

  • Immediately remove content
  • Suspend or permanently ban the account
  • Preserve relevant records
  • Report the matter to law enforcement / relevant authorities where required

8. Age Restriction Reminder

Levasangh Matrimony is an adult matrimonial service only. Users under 18 are not permitted. Accounts found to belong to minors will be removed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leva Navyuvak Sangh and Levasangh Matrimony are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
